Fees and Payment

Fees as of 1st January 2008

  • Adults - £50
  • Children - £40
  • Babies- £35
  • Concessions - I will do concessions, please ask
  • Receipts - free
  • Letters & Reports - £35 per page

There will not be an increase for 2009.

Payment Methods

  • Payment by cheque or cash only; I presently do not have the facility to accept payment by debit or credit card.
  • Each appointment is to be paid for at the time of the appointment.

Cancellations

  • Appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee of £30.
  • All cancellations will be followed up by an enquiry from me by telephone, because it is important for me to know the circumstances why.
